Encrypted statement emails and the
timing of payments are two of the changes we’ve made to our commission payment process. Check out our updated 2018 Commission Schedule, which lists the dates payments and statements can be expected through the end of the year.

- An email notification from no-reply@kp.org will be sent to the producer’s designated contact the day the funds are transferred from Citibank, our banking partner. An encrypted email will be sent to the same recipient from brokerappt.commission@kp.org with the commission statement detail.
Check
- Commission checks are mailed directly to the producer from the East Coast. The associated commission statements are mailed from our office in Western Washington. As a result, it’s likely the statement will arrive before the check is received in the mail.
- If you’d like to receive your payment electronically instead, please complete the Electronic Payment Enrollment Form.
