Dental Coverage Option
We’ve teamed up with Delta Dental of Washington to offer Health360, a plan with integrated dental benefits for whole body health. Focused on preventive care, Health360 provides an extra dental cleaning and exam at no additional cost for patients with qualifying long-term health conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease. Members who get yearly dental preventive care from a Delta Dental PPO provider are rewarded with higher dental plan maximums in subsequent plan years.
Benefits for employers include bundled pricing and a single point of contact for many aspects of medical and dental plan administration, as well as the potential for cost savings due to improvements in employees’ overall health.1
Virtual Plus plans are a good option for employees who want affordable care and the convenience of starting most care online. A Kaiser Permanente doctor or clinician provides care, prescriptions, and referrals for in-person care when needed. Virtual care, the first in-person primary care visit, and annual in-person preventive visits are covered at no charge. Self-referred in-person care is usually a higher out-of-pocket cost. Fill the first prescription for a new medication at a pharmacy in our network or use our convenient mail-order pharmacy. Then get most refills through mail order.
Virtual Plus features the Connect provider network and is available in King, Kitsap, Pierce, Snohomish, Spokane, and Thurston counties.
With Virtual Complete, your employees choose how they get care, taking advantage of our many $0 virtual care options, while keeping access to in‑person primary care when they want to come in.
They can have 3 in-person primary care visits per year with just a copay before meeting their deductible. Routine preventive visits are covered at no charge.
Virtual Complete features the Core HMO provider network and is available in our service areas in Washington.
Our 3-tier Summit PPO plans combine value and choice. Employees get the best value when they choose high-quality care from Kaiser Permanente providers and preferred contracted providers. And when choice is most important, employees have access to more than 1 million in-network health professionals anywhere in the United States.
