Dental Coverage Option
We’ve teamed up with Delta Dental of Washington to offer Health360, a plan with integrated dental benefits for whole body health. Focused on preventive care, Health360 provides an extra dental cleaning and exam at no additional cost for patients with qualifying long-term health conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease. Members who get yearly dental preventive care from a Delta Dental PPO provider are rewarded with higher dental plan maximums in subsequent plan years.
Benefits for employers include bundled pricing and a single point of contact for many aspects of medical and dental plan administration, as well as the potential for cost savings due to improvements in employees’ overall health.1
