Since becoming Kaiser Permanente’s 8th region, we’ve committed to make bold investments to serve more people across the state. And with our clear focus and commitment to the Washington market, we’ve grown our sales team to support you and our mutual clients with the level of service you expect. Below are recent additions to our management team:
Large Group Sales and Account Management – led by Connie Marvik
Accountable for new sales, Kerri Villeneuve joined the large group team as senior manager in September. Stacy Crim joined our account management team as a manager in December. She’s accountable for retention activities along with Keva Peairs. Stacy filled the vacancy created after Daphne Hildebrand transitioned to a new role as manager of underwriting.
Strategic Customer Engagement – led by Connie Marvik
Marcia Ridley joined our organization last July as director, strategic customer engagement, and has accountability for the Workforce Health Program and Thriving Schools.
Strategic Accounts – led by Fred Armstrong
Tony Malone was recently promoted to manager, strategic accounts, filling a vacancy created by Cheri McCorkle’s retirement earlier this summer.
Small Group Sales and Account Management – led by Kelly Chrisman
Cooper Biddiscombe was promoted last fall to a manager position supporting small group business activities.
