We’re excited to be launching a new, secure producer portal in November that’s designed to give you an expanded level of self-service. You’ll have access to:
- Book of business and member roster for your small and large groups
- Census data for your groups that can be downloaded
- A new small group quoting experience for 2019
To make sure you’re ready to put the new portal features to prompt use, you’ll need to select an administrator who can manage your portal privileges, including access for producers and support staff. You can designate an administrator by completing the producer portal access agreement that will be emailed to you this week.
Updated producer appointment and commission agreement
As part of our integration with Kaiser Permanente’s systems and processes, we are requiring all appointed producers to complete an updated Kaiser Permanente Washington producer appointment and commission agreement. Updates to the new agreement include:
- Business Associate Agreement (Exhibit C)
- Production Standard (Exhibit D)
- Producer Portal Access Agreement (Exhibit E)
The agreement will be emailed to you this week. To ensure your producer privileges and commission payments continue without disruption, please be sure to complete and return the agreement by Oct. 5, 2018.
