Live now: New Medicare online enrollment platform

The SunFire enrollment platform is now live. It replaced the current iStore Agent Center Medicare quoting tool. If you’re approved to sell Kaiser Permanente Washington Medicare Advantage plans and have ready-to-sell status, follow the steps outlined below and start quoting today!

The SunFire enrollment platform provides an improved user experience with updated and useful features and functions. The new tool is mobile friendly and enables applicants and clients to apply using a smartphone or tablet. For agents, it’s packed full of features, including supporting text, email, and in-person e-signatures, electronic scope of appointment, call recording, Medicare Beneficiary Eligibility Query (BEQ) and LIS lookup, and more.

Action to take before March 1, 2024: 

  • Review the SunFire Onboarding Agent Guide. {Link to PDF: Sunfire Onboarding Agent Guide}
  • Sign in to SunFire to update your agent profile and start quoting.
  • Replace your iStore agent/personal URLs with your new SunFire personal URL.
  • Download your iStore Agent Center client list — If you currently have an active iStore Agent Center account and would like to download your Agent Center client list for your records, please follow the instructions in the iStore client list download guide by March 1.

This change does not apply to non-Medicare lines of business or Medicare sales in other Kaiser Permanente markets.
