Insure.com recently rated us at the top of its list of best health plans for the second year in a row. We also earned the top rating for affordability, customer satisfaction, and trustworthiness.1
Insure.com reviewed more than 70 health insurers in the U.S. It used industry data, plus a survey that asked consumers about:
- The insurer’s range of policy offerings
- How much they trusted their insurer
- Whether they would renew their coverage
- Their insurer’s digital experience
Kaiser Permanente was the top health plan in the U.S. overall with 4.2 out of 5 stars. It’s the second year in a row we’ve received the highest rating.
