What can I expect?
The survey takes about 20 minutes and is an easy and confidential way to give us feedback on your experiences with Kaiser Permanente: How are we doing on administration and service, tools, and resources?
Our producers are valued business partners, and your candid feedback is vital to us. You know what our current and prospective clients want and expect. You’re also in an ideal position to communicate the value of an integrated health care organization in meeting your clients' needs. We want to know how we can make that as easy as possible for you.
What if I don't receive the survey?
Not all our producers will be sent the survey, but that doesn't mean we don't value your feedback. You can always contact us to provide input and suggestions, and we're always open to hearing from you.
