Large Group bonus
Program qualifications
- This program applies to new large group enrollment effective January 1, 2020, through January 31, 2020. Enrollment will be determined as of the first day of the month following the group's effective date.
- A new group is defined as a group that has not had a contract with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington or Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington Options, Inc., in the last 6 months.
- New large groups must be located in a Spokane ZIP code. For a list of eligible ZIP codes, please contact your large group sales consultant.
- This program does not include Kaiser Permanente national account or multistate expansions into Washington state unless the company is headquartered in Spokane.
- Kaiser Permanente Northwest groups located in Washington state are not eligible.
