Our 2023 new sales bonus program includes new sales made on and off the exchange for Kaiser Permanente for Individuals and Families (KPIF) plans between January 1 and December 31, 2023. You’ll be eligible for a bonus reward if you enroll a minimum of 10 new KPIF members, including both subscribers and dependents. (Transfers from other lines of business, such as small group, are not considered new sales.) Enrollment will be determined as of the first day of the month following the KPIF enrollee’s start date and reconciled premium.
The first bonus reward for new sales between January 1 and March 31, 2023, will be paid during the June commission run. (We track new sales each month throughout the year, and pay the bonus 90 days after each quarter to those who meet the minimum threshold or generate enough new sales to move to the next payout tier.)
We also created a new KPIF renewal bonus program. You’ll earn the renewal bonus if you renewed a minimum of 25 KPIF members in your book of business for January 2023. To qualify for the bonus, subscribers and dependents need to be active members as of December 31, 2022, and be enrolled with their premiums paid through April 30, 2023. The one-time renewal bonus will be paid during the June commission run.
