As noted previously, we are excited to share that the 2022 Kaiser Permanente Individual and Family (KPIF) new enrollee sales bonus program has been extended. It’s an excellent opportunity to increase your chance of meeting the minimum bonus threshold tier — and gain added recognition as you move to higher tiers.
This bonus program will include new individual sales made on and off the exchange, effective between January 1 and December 1, 2022. Agencies that enroll a minimum of 10 new KPIF members by December 1 will be eligible to earn rewards. Subscribers and dependents both count as enrollees. Transfers from other lines of business, such as Small Group, are not considered new sales. The first month's premium must be paid to qualify.
The first bonus payout for new sales that were effective January through March 2022 will pay out during the June commission run. We will continue to track new sales each month throughout the year, and we'll pay the bonus 90 days after each quarter to those who newly meet the minimum threshold or gain enough new sales to move to the next payout tier.
Note: During the week of May 2, we sent emails to agents with their book of business of new sales for the months of January through March to those who have qualified or are close to qualifying for the bonus to date. Please review and let us know by May 20, 2022, if there are any missing new clients who enrolled between January through March. We can update our records to ensure we are counting all new sales for the sales bonus. See the KPIF new enrollee sales bonus program flyer for additional details.
