We appreciate and encourage your support in not emailing KPIF off-exchange client applications and Account Change Forms (ACF) to the KPIF Sales and Producer Support team. If you have an urgent need, reach out to the Support team, and we can work with you to ensure that your client’s application or ACF is received as soon as possible and sent for processing.
The easiest way to help your client enroll (new enrollment only) is to use the Sign Me Up (SMU) tool. Once you sign in to your account, you can start the application on behalf of your client or send them a quote (that is linked to you) for them to complete on their own. Using the SMU tool allows you to track your client’s online application status, giving you more visibility into the application process.
If you or your client prefers a paper application or your client needs to submit an ACF to make a change to an existing KPIF account, the 2 submission options are:
