You can get instant quotes for your clients when you use our Medicare Advantage quoting tool for producers. Follow these steps to start using this service:
1. Get appointed to do business with Kaiser Permanente. Not appointed? Find out how to get started.
2. Be Medicare and Product Certified annually.
3. Once appointed, access the Kaiser Permanente producer website. From the password-protected site we will provide a registration link and information so that you can sign up and get quotes for your Medicare Advantage clients. (Note: if you already have a quoting account link for Kaiser Permanente's Individual and Family plans, you can use the same account login for Medicare Advantage.)
Enrollment
Your clients must complete an election form in order to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan. During the Annual Election Period from Oct. 15 through Dec. 7, we must receive completed enrollment materials on the same day that you do, and within the timeframe above in order to apply for a Jan. 1 effective date.
Outside of the Annual Election Period, we must receive completed enrollment materials by the last day of the month for coverage to begin the first day of the following month. If completed enrollment materials are received after the deadline, your client may not be able to be enroll for the effective date they desire.
