Over the last couple of months, we've shared information about the launch of a new premium payment platform for Kaiser Permanente Individuals and Families (KPIF) off‑exchange members and clients. In these previous communications, we asked off‑exchange members and clients to preregister with the new online payment platform by July 1. Good news! We've now extended the deadline. Members will receive a letter this month informing them:
- Registration has been extended for the new online payment system.
- No further action is required from members who've already registered — they should just continue to make monthly premium payments as usual.
- Members who haven't already registered can still register with the new online payment system.
- Members should be on the lookout for further communication as we near the launch of the new online payment system.
Going forward, we'll also continue to keep you informed as we near the launch of the new online payment system for KPIF off‑exchange members.
