Advocating for producer and employer needs is Michelle Milkowski’s chief responsibility as our new manager of Small Group Sales. She will also support small business growth and producer goals through focused education about our care and coverage offerings. You’ll see her out and about with our account management team, getting to know Kaiser Permanente producers.
“I’m passionate about teaching others how to maximize their health care benefits,” she says. “I love seeing the ‘aha’ moment when members realize we offer what they need.”
Since joining our organization in 2000, Michelle has progressed through roles in care coordination, proposal management, small and large group sales, and most recently, digital technologies, where she directed the enhancement of our business and producer portals.
Michelle earned her MBA at Seattle University in 2012. She recently moved to Renton from Seattle and enjoys the many beautiful parks in the area with her family. Michelle can also be spotted gardening and learning to ride a bike. (It’s never too late!)
