Keep an eye out for an email from Kaiser Permanente’s Broker Voice Panel later this month. If you get that email, please open it promptly. It contains a link to a survey — an easy, quick, confidential way to let us know how we’re doing and what we can do better. The survey will only take you 10 to 15 minutes — and you’ll get a $15 Amazon gift card for completing it!
