This fall, we are moving to a new premium payment platform for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington on‑exchange members and clients. As a result, these members and clients will begin receiving a new, easier‑to‑read premium billing statement along with new information on how to pay their bill. As we previously communicated, off‑exchange members have been provided additional time to register and to set up an account on the new premium payment platform.
What you need to know about the new payment platform for on‑exchange members:
- On-exchange members must register for a new account if they want to begin making electronic payments, continue making electronic payments, or set up autopay. These members will soon be receiving details about how to register.
- The way on-exchange members pay their bill is changing. There will be a new web address (URL) for making payments online, a new phone number to make payments by phone, and a new payment address to send checks by mail.
- New features will provide better self-service options such as making electronic payments, scheduling monthly payment reminders, setting up autopay, managing multiple accounts, and more.
