Secure member website redesign
When members sign on to kp.org/wa, they’ll see their personalized health information in a whole new way. Simplified navigation, streamlined design, and quick links to find care make it easier than ever for members to connect with the resources they need. The home page dashboard gives members an at-a-glance view of their appointments and messages,* care reminders, coverage information, bills, and more.
Kaiser Permanente members can now access a digital version of their member ID card through the member website or on the mobile app. With the touch of a button, they can pull up the membership information they need to check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, or talk with a consulting nurse.
Mobile app video visits for behavioral health
With our latest mobile app, members can have a behavioral health visit without having to leave the house. Visits are scheduled by phone and then occur through a video chat on a mobile device, similar to FaceTime or Skype video calls.
More mobile app updates
The newest version of the app features a simplified home screen, with the services members use most front and center. Members can also now view documents – just as they can on their secure member website. The app can display the nearest Kaiser Permanente locations along with wait times for lab and pharmacy. New users can take a “welcome tour” to get acquainted with all that’s possible.
