Your Medicare Advantage clients with the Delta Dental of Washington (DDWA) embedded preventive dental benefit or the optional supplemental Delta Dental PPO Plus PremierTM plan can now register for a MySmile online account at deltadentalwa.com. Members will be able to:
- View dental benefits and benefit-usage details
- See current and past claims as well as payment history
- View their digital ID card and an explanation of benefits
- Look up participating providers (does not require a sign in)
Participating providers and networks
Members with either the DDWA embedded preventive benefit or the optional supplemental Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier plan must use Delta Dental participating providers in one of the following networks to have benefits covered:
- Delta Dental PPO
- Delta Dental Premier
- Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier (combination of PPO and Premier networks)
Note: Delta Dental PPO providers have lower filed fees with DDWA, so any out-of-pocket costs to the member will be lower. Providers will submit the claims to Delta Dental on the member’s behalf.
