All 2022 Kaiser Permanente Medicare Advantage Washington plans include a non-emergent or routine transportation benefit. With this benefit, members can schedule needed transportation to and from plan providers, dentists, and pharmacies. The number of allotted rides per calendar year varies by plan.

To schedule a ride, members can call Access2Care at 1-877-828-4512 (TTY 711), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — but they must schedule at least 2 business days in advance of the time the ride is needed. See our transportation flyer for more details.
