As a reminder, our new online premium payment system for off-exchange Kaiser Permanente for Individuals and Families (KPIF) members is live. Kaiser Permanente Washington members can now take advantage of new features, including flexible payment dates, scheduled payment options, and payment notifications.
It’s not too late to register
- Members can still register and set up autopay at kp.org/payonline.
- A video with step-by-step instructions is available at kp.org/autopayregistration.
Member online payment and coverage tools
Easy-to-use online tools are available for members to manage their premium bills and view coverage at any time. An education campaign to promote these tools is scheduled to launch the first week in May.
