Kaiser Permanente members have a new way to get quality, connected care when they travel. As part of our Get Care Now feature, phone and video visits with Kaiser Permanente clinicians are now available 24/7 across the U.S.* Like other virtual care options, this service is available at no cost on most plans. When members get care with us by phone or online, their visit is tracked in their electronic health record. This helps make it easier for our clinicians to continue making informed care decisions and streamline members’ follow-up care — no matter how they choose to see us.
