The Kaiser Permanente new enrollee sales bonus program has been extended. It will now include new individual sales made on and off the exchange effective between March 1 and December 1, 2022. Agencies that enroll a minimum of 10 new individual and family members by December 1, 2022, will be eligible to earn rewards. Enrollees include both subscribers and dependents.
To qualify as a new enrollee, members:
- Must not have been covered by Kaiser Permanente Washington the month prior to their effective date
- Must have been enrolled for at least one month
- Must have paid their premium for the time they’ve been enrolled
Payout schedule
New individual and family sales both on and off the exchange are eligible for the bonus. Bonus payments will be made 90 days after each quarter. Example: For new enrollments effective January through March 2022, bonuses will be paid to the producer agency during the June 2022 commission cycle.
For example: 45 new sales with effective dates for January 1, February 1, and March 1, 2022, would be paid $600 in June. An agency that adds 10 new sales with an effective date of April 1, May 1, and June 1, 2022, would move to the 51-99 bracket. The agency would be paid the additional $600 during the September 2022 commission cycle.
