Bonus payments for new Individual & Family sales with enrollments effective January 1, 2019, are being postponed until April. This is due to the high volume of January 1 retroactive enrollments we received through the Washington Health Benefits Exchange (Washington Healthplanfinder).
The retroactive enrollments resulted in a delay in premium payments, which are a condition of the bonus program. By delaying bonus payments until the April commission payment, we can be sure you will be accurately paid for your new sales if you met the minimum threshold. Also, it will help us avoid a high volume of payment adjustments. Commissions and bonuses are scheduled to be paid April 15.
