Requesting a Secure Kaiser Permanente Producer Web Account
If you're a producer appointed with Kaiser Permanente, you can use the secure producer site to conduct business with us online. To sign up, contact our Producer Operations staff at 1-800-337-3196, option 2, or 206-448-4384. If you are not appointed to do business with Kaiser Permanente, see our Producer Appointment page.
Logging In
To sign on to your secure account, you'll need your Kaiser Permanente broker ID number and your account password. If you don't know your broker ID number, contact our Producer Operations staff at 1-800-337-3196, option 2, or 206-448-4384.
When your account was created, you should have been emailed a password. (You can change that password to one of your own choosing.) If you don't have or can't remember your password, use the "Forget your password?" link to request a new one. If you never received your password, contact your Producer Operations staff.
Forget Your Password?
Near the sign in box, you'll see a "Forget your password?" link. Enter your Kaiser Permanente broker ID number and last name, and a new password will be emailed to you.
