Currently, Individual and Family plans give members access to either the CoreSelect or Connect HMO networks, depending on what plan they are enrolled on.
The CoreSelect provider network
Applies to most 2023 Individual and Family plans and is available to non-Virtual Plus members in:
King, Kitsap, Pierce, Snohomish, Spokane, and Thurston counties
Primary care providers include:
- All Kaiser Permanente medical facilities
- Subset of Everett Clinic locations
Specialty providers include:
- All Kaiser Permanente medical facilities
- Providence Medical Group, including
Spokane practices - Western Washington Medical Group
- Seattle Children’s Medical Group
- The Everett Clinic
- A subset of Franciscan Medical Group
Benton, Columbia, Franklin, Island, Lewis, Mason, Skagit, Walla Walla, Whatcom, Whitman, and Yakima counties
Primary care and specialty providers include but are not limited to providers with the following contracted medical groups:
- Columbia Family Clinic
- Family Care Network
- Family Medicine of Yakima
- Kadlec Clinic
- Peace Health

The Connect provider network
Applies to the following 2023 individual and family plans:
- Virtual Plus Bronze
- Virtual Plus Silver
- Virtual Plus Silver X (new for 2023)
This network gives members access to providers in the 6 counties where our Virtual Plus plans are offered and is available to members in:
King, Kitsap, Pierce, Snohomish, Spokane, and Thurston counties
Primary care network includes:
- All Kaiser Permanente medical facilities
Specialty care network includes:
- All specialty care at Kaiser Permanente medical facilities
- Providence Medical Group, including Spokane practices
- Western Washington Medical Group
- Seattle Children’s Medical Group
- A subset of Franciscan Medical Group
