When members aren’t sure what kind of care they need, a call to our Consulting Nurse Service is a great way to get advice. Our nurses are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. - Online visits

For select common medical issues, including seasonal allergies, lower back pain, colds, and flu, Kaiser Permanente members can get what they need online. Just fill out a questionnaire and get a diagnosis and treatment plan. These visits are convenient and free. - CareClinic by Kaiser Permanente at Bartell Drugs

We have walk-in health clinics at 15 Bartell Drugs locations in the Puget Sound area. No appointment is necessary. These clinics are for minor illnesses and injuries, like colds or coughs, eye or ear infections, sprains, and vaccinations.
A mobile app for easy access
Our free Kaiser Permanente Washington mobile app for iPhone or Android allows our members to direct dial our Consulting Nurse Service. They can also make appointments, check lab results, refill prescriptions, and more if they receive primary care at a Kaiser Permanente medical office.
