The Kaiser Permanente 2024 Annual CMS Medicare Sales Training program is now available. Agents who are certified for the 2023 plan year or have submitted requests for the 2024 training before August 15 have received their notification and a program registration PIN code by email. Agents appointed to sell Kaiser Permanente Medicare Advantage health plans must complete the 2024 program training and assessment by Sunday, October 1, 2023.
Once you've completed the training program, you can visit the Medicare page on our Washington producer site to submit your request for 2024 sales packets for early October delivery. We’ll send appointed agencies weekly ready-to-sell status reports starting the week of August 15. Please be sure to connect with your agency to confirm your Kaiser Permanente Washington ready-to-sell status before marketing our plans. Important 2024 plan information and forms will be posted to the Medicare page on or shortly after October 1, 2023, so be sure to check back.
