Soon our mutual clients will be able to find their billing statements in the business portal and download them as a PDF or Microsoft Excel file. These online billing statements will match paper statements they receive by mail. In March, we’ll add past billing statements dated back to December 2018.
Later, clients will also be able to pay their monthly premium online. We’ll share more details in March. Please encourage your clients to register for the business portal to access these new features. They can start by emailing a completed Access Agreement to the business portal support team at employersite@kp.org.
