How to access care during holidays

Holiday care options:

1. Call our Consulting Nurse Service at 1-800-297-6877. The consulting nurse will direct members to the most appropriate medical care and is available 24/7 at no additional cost.
2. Visit a Kaiser Permanente urgent care location. The following locations are open on all holidays.
3. • Bellevue Medical Center
   • Seattle - Capitol Hill Campus
   • Olympia Medical Center
   • Silverdale Medical Center
   • Tacoma Medical Center
   • Spokane-area urgent care centers
4. Get care by phone or video. See Convenient ways to get care including 24/7 care by phone or video.
5. Go to an emergency room. In medical emergencies, members should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
